Inspection system

Inspection room

YMD is equipped with a temperature and humidity controlled inspection room. On principle, we inspect all of our products.

In 2024, we expanded our inspection room and increased inspectors and inspection equipment for more optimal procurement.

Specialized inspector

More than 20 experienced inspectors check the quality of every product. We also place great emphasis on training our inspectors, and are constantly striving to improve our quality.

Inspection equipment

We always use the latest inspection equipment as the core of quality control. From our wide range of inspection equipment, we select the most suitable one for each product and inspect it with the discerning eyes of our inspectors.

We have the latest inspection equipment as a key of our quality control.

Inspection equipment calibration

We calibrate all of our equipment once a year using precise measurement standards.
If any errors or discrepancies are found, they will be corrected promptly.

Quality Control Process

Visual inspection

Inspectors check every product by visually checking for defects and inspect dimensions
Next, a general inspection is carried out to measure dimensions and check basic physical properties.

Precision inspection

After inspecting the visuals and general dimensions, we inspect precision areas using 3D measuring machines and image measuring machines. Afterwards, we attach an inspection report if necessary.

Final inspection and shipping

All of our inspected products will be delivered with a ” YMD guarantee”We provide on-time shipping, either by our sales representatives or by courier services provided by our shipping partners.

When a defect is found

We have prepared a manual for rapid response in the event of a defect.

Recurrence prevention system in cooperation with suppliers

In the event of a defect, we will generally return the defective product to our supplier.
After the supplier has made the necessary corrections, we will re-inspect the product and deliver only those products that meet our quality standards.
This allows us to identify the cause — including the supplier — and make appropriate corrections, helping to prevent recurrence.

Quick response is required when defects occur. YMD techs quickly repair and re-inspect the products and only deliver those that meet our quality.

We work with our suppliers on a daily basis to improve quality and carry out improvement activities.
