YMD offers six different stages of training programs with content including corporate policies/goals, external education/training, and work study sessions.

    • Get into and understand corporate polices/goals.
    • Available to: All employees
  • 2.
    • External Education/Training (Participation in Exhibitions / Factory Tours)
    • Obtain knowledge essential to work.
    • Available to: New employees in charge of sales
  • 3.
    • Work Study Session
    • Study how to perform accurate and effective business operation.
    • Available to: All employees

      • Improvement Training
      • 1. Employees in Charge of Sales
      • • Attend discussions and lectures provided by the head of the Sales Section.
      • Available to: Employees in charge of sales
      • • Attend self improvement seminars.
      • Available to: Team leaders and below in charge of sales
      • 2. Employees in Charge of Operations
      • • Attend self improvement seminars.
      • Available to: Employees in charge of operations

      • Safety and Health / Environmental Education
      • 1. Environmental Videos / Fire Drills
      • Heighten workplace safety and environmental awareness.
      • Available to: All employees
      • 2. Litter Collection / Cleanup Activities
      • Contribute to local communities.
      • Available to: All employees
  • 6.
    • Acquisition of Various Qualifications / Training Participation
    • Acquire qualification knowledge essential to work
    • Available to: Employees able to participate / applicable suppliers
